Held at the Dubbo Showground across three days, the challenge tested the skills of rescue services in a range of scenarios.
There were 21 teams from Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

Dubbo's only team was lead by Simon Bracht, alongside Phil Barrett, Brad Edwards, Jon Cantrall, Nicole Johansen and Scott Habgood.
Fire and Emergency New Zealand Wanaka were crowned as the overall winners of the event. Second place overall went to the Tasmanian Fire Service and third was Fire and Emergency New Zealand Feilding.
Australasian Road Rescue Organisation governance and compliance officer Tim Fox said while awards were handed out, the event was called a 'challenge' and not a 'competition' because winning wasn't the main goal. It was created to allow new and innovative ideas to be shared with different organisations.
