The manager of a Dubbo hotel says she's proud of her team's efforts that have seen the business win a top TripAdvisor accolade.

Quality Inn Dubbo International claimed a 2019 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, and entered the travel organisation's "Hall of Fame" for receiving the award five years in a row.
TripAdvisor announces the certificate winners annually, and the honour is awarded to about 10 per cent of accommodation providers, tourism experiences or restaurants listed with it.
"On behalf of the Quality Inn Dubbo International team, we are delighted to be recognised with the esteemed TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame Award," manager Kerrieanne Nichols said.
"I am very proud of our team's ongoing efforts in striving to deliver an exceptional experience for all guests who visit our hotel."
The hotel was one of 22 in the Choice Hotels Asia-Pac group to be recognised with a hall of fame award.
"Choice Hotels Asia-Pac is delighted that Quality Inn Dubbo International has been recognised with this respected travel award," chief executive officer Trent Fraser said.
"A TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is instantly recognised worldwide and provides travellers with confidence when they plan their trip and also rewards our hoteliers for their commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
