The festival is open to the "whole community" from 7pm in the laneway next to headspace Dubbo at 23 Church Street.
It will showcase headspace Dubbo's Barrang-gi-rra Group program, delivered by Uniting staff.
The program's young participants are embracing Aboriginal culture with their mental health and behaviour improving as a result.
"Overall, we hope to inspire the community as a whole to learn more about our local Aboriginal history and encourage young Indigenous people to join our social group and recognise that we have safe spaces for them to express and explore their identity," Ms Mines said.
