Five days before Matthew Lumber broke into the 26-year-old woman's house he also used Facebook's Messenger application to send naked images of her to another woman, court documents revealed.
The 33-year-old man pleaded guilty to committing a break and enter offence in circumstances of aggravation and does not dispute details in the court documents.
When Mr Lumber entered the woman's home it was 2.30am and she was asleep on the lounge in October last year.
She woke and felt him holding her hand, court documents revealed.
After Mr Lumber left the house he sent a series of emails to the woman which included statements such as "I just wanted a cuddle" and "answer me cause I will fumin [sic] kill u right now".
The break and enter happened while the woman had an apprehended domestic violence order (ADVO) out against Mr Lumber.
After police arrested him, Mr Lumber was denied bail and has been in jail since.
Mr Lumber admitted to calling the woman while he was in jail.
He also rang two mates and encouraged them to visit her and influence her not to give evidence against him in court.
The maximum penalty for the break and enter offence is 14 years imprisonment.
He will be sentenced in Dubbo District Court on July 26.
