Dubbo Eisteddfod adjudicator Cheryl Oxley had a difficult morning on Friday as she tried to separate some of the city's best young musicians.

Isabel Wong was awarded first place in the String Solo for 12 years and under.
Second place went to Emily Connor, while third was James Amour.

Ms Oxley said she loved each of the seven performances in the section.
She said she the musicians should be aware of their whole performances as she judged them on everything from their posture to their breathing.
"The performance starts the moment you walk on the stage and last until you step off it," Ms Oxley said.
There were only a few marks separating the second, third and highly commended competitors, as well as the special mention.
The adjudicator said there were simple songs that were played well and more complicated pieces that were played well so she had marked the technical pieces higher.
"Attention to detail is really where you can win or lose an eisteddfod or exam," Ms Oxley said.
