Police allege Joel McKellar, 21, of Bunglegumbie Road, assaulted a woman, damaged a Holden Commodore, illegally possessed ammunition, breached an apprehended violence order, drove while disqualified and failed to stop when he was pursued by police.
Police also accused McKellar of possessing a prohibited drug, which in court documents they described as a "green vegetable, suspected to be cannabis".
Mr McKellar was refused bail in Dubbo Local Court on May 8 and entered not guilty pleas to nine charges on May 22.
The case returns to court for a hearing on September 2.
