Police are calling upon Taymon Hicks who they believe may be able to assist them with investigations.
Mr Hicks is known to reside in Narromine.
Police have called on anyone who can assist police in locating Mr Hicks, or who may have witnessed the incident to contact the Dubbo Police Station on 6883 1599 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
The public is advised that they can remain anonymous.
