The event, which is held on Sunday, May 26, raises money to buy equipment for hospitals across the county.
Dubbo Hospital is hoping to raise money for a $2900 Astodia Diaphanoscope, two AIRVO 2 humidifiers worth $2950 each, plus another $4440 for a Connex Vital Signs Monitor and Radical-7 Pulse Oximeter for the emergency department.
There are 20 different race categories for all levels of fitness.

The annual event was created by Wallaby legend Phil Kearns. In 2018 it raised more than $2.7 million.
"Join us 'on the hill'... as we raise money to purchase much-needed medical equipment for many of the 409 hospital and health services we support across Australia," he said.
"With more than 20 race categories, great food and entertainment, it really is a great day out for the entire family.
"Together we can make a difference to babies and children across Australia."
To date, the Humpty Dumpty Foundation has raised more than $70 million and in 2018, the foundation purchased close to 450 pieces of medical equipment for paediatric wards, neonatal units, maternity and emergency departments.
