NSW Food Authority issued the recall after a milk allergy concern was raised.
A turkey thigh roast product was incorrectly packaged and sold in place of the 1kg Turkey Breast Roast.
This means some of the breasts contain an undeclared allergen.
Any consumers who have a milk allergy or intolerance may be at risk of having a reaction if they are to consume the product.
The affected roasts were available from Dubbo Woolworth's supermarkets, but no cases in the city have been reported.
The contaminated breasts are said to have the best before dates of October 1, 2020.
Neither Woolworth's or Ingham's have commented on the situation.
However customers have been advised to return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
