Margaret Hull, of O'Connor Place, was arrested by police on February 1.
She fronted Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday, charged with two counts of stealing money from Orana Energy Systems and the Dubbo Radio Cabs co-operative.
Ms Hull stole almost $32,000 from Orana Energy Systems between April 2012 and July 2013.
She worked as an office administrator there for a decade.
Police said Ms Hull made 13 fraudulent transactions.
Each involved the transfer of her employer's funds into financial institution accounts she was the holder of.
After she stopped working at Orana Energy Systems, Ms Hull started working for the Dubbo Radio Cabs co-operative.
There, she was tasked with preparing invoices for payment to taxi cabs operating across Dubbo.
Police said Ms Hull made 54 fraudulent transactions there between February 2014 and December 2018.
Those transactions were worth a total value of around $163,000.
A shareholder detected irregular financial activity and raised the matter with other shareholders in the co-operative.
"Her actions have caused a significant financial disadvantage to two local businesses," police said.
Ms Hull returns to court on May 9 for sentencing.
