Entries close soon for Art Unlimited, Dunedoo's annual competition for hanging art, photography and ceramics.
Artists in these three fields must submit entry forms by Thursday, April 17 to be eligible to compete for over $10,000 in prize money on offer.
The prize pool includes the $3000 Peabody Wilpinjong Prize for Hanging Art, the $3000 Art Unlimited Prize for Photography and the $3000 Art Unlimited Ceramics Prize.
Other prizes are Dunedoo Rural Hardware People's Choice Prize of $500, Orana Arts Indigenous Artist Prize of $500, and the Janace Holmes Family Memorial Prize of $250 plus a trophy.
The Art Unlimited 2019 judging panel will be headed by Director of Bathurst Regional Art Gallery, Sarah Gurich.
This will mark the tenth year that Art Unlimited has been presented by Dunedoo Lions Club.
It is regarded as one of the premier art competitions in regional New South Wales and attracts more than 400 entries each year from across Australia.
The event provides a valuable opportunity for artists, photographers and ceramicists to have their work exposed to an audience that includes judges, gallery directors, arts administrators and discriminating buyers.
The hundreds of visitors who attend the 10-day exhibition are able to purchase works from the wide range of art on display, from works by established names to those by emerging artists.

Entry fees are $12 for each work submitted and there is a limit of five works per entrant per category.
Entrants must be over 18 years of age and works entered must have been completed in the past 12 months.
Works are due for personal delivery on May 11-12, with postal deliveries due prior to May 9.
Judging will take place on Friday, May 17 prior to the announcement of winners that evening at a ticketed preview reception at Dunedoo Central School hall.
Tickets for the preview evening are $35 which include drinks and canapés, with fine wines provided by multi award-winning Mudgee winery, Robert Stein. Bookings are essential.

The evening attracts a capacity crowd and tickets sell out very quickly so early booking is advised.
The Art Unlimited exhibition will be open to the public from Saturday, May 18 to Sunday, May 26.
Entry fee is $5. Exhibition hours are 9.30am to 4pm each day with the exception of the final day when it closes at 3pm.
Australian Day honour for Art Unlimited
Art Unlimited, Dunedoo's annual art exhibition and competition, was declared Warrumbungle Shire's Community Event of the Year at an Australia Day Awards presentation held in Dunedoo on January 26.
The award was announced to a capacity audience at Dunedoo Sports Club, acknowledging the Shire's recognition of the significant contribution the event has made to the Dunedoo district.
Since the launch fo the competition Art Unlimited has achieved a reputation as one of the regional Australia's most acclaimed arts events. Presented by Dunedoo Lions Club and held at Dunedoo Central School hall, the event each year attracts around 400 entries from around Australia, bringing hundreds of visitors to our area.
