The man is described as being of large build, Torres Strait Islander appearance with dark hair and a beard.
The male was wearing a dark coloured t-shirt and light coloured shorts and thongs at the time.
He has a number of distinctive tattoos, including a tribal tattoo on his left bicep and forearm, a skull on the inside of his right bicep, and a name written on his right forearm.
