Dubbo Mass Nutrition owner Dave Hughes shared his knowledge and insight regarding nutrition and protein and together the two businesses were able to put smoothies on the CSC menu to provide guests with bucket loads of necessary nitrogenous organic compounds.

"The smoothies are perfect for that post gym recovery and refuel, or when you're after something healthy on the run," Mr Hughes said.

CSC owners Errin and Vince Williamson were excited to announce their collaboration with another local business.

"There are four amazing flavours available, packed full of goodness to make you feel good too," Mr Williamson said.

"Protein is an important building block in bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood," Mr Huges said.

"Your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. You also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals," he said.
