The grant is one of a number to assist war memorials in 12 towns and suburbs across NSW, maintained with $93,000 in NSW Government funding.
The Minister for Citizenship and Communities Victor Dominello, who is responsible for Veterans' Affairs, said war memorials deserve respect and care.
"This funding will help protect and restore community war memorials that honour our state's fallen soldiers," Mr Dominello said.
"Community war memorials are often cared for by volunteers who do not have the funds for costly repair work, and that's where the government can help.
"As we approach the Centenary of Anzac (2014 to 2018), war memorials in towns and suburbs across NSW will become the focal point of community commemorations."
