Lovers’ Day
Library Lovers’ Day is a chance to celebrate what makes your library great. Everyone is encouraged to come on Thursday February 14. Morning tea is between 10.00am - 12.00pm, where you can also have your photo taken with your favourite book and some fun props in our photo booth. Why not have a blind date with a Book? Borrow from a range of ‘mystery’ books and you may discover a new favourite read or author. Everyone who borrows on the day go into a draw to win a box of chocolates!

Seniors Week
On Tuesday, February 19, 10.30am – 11.30am, Jessica Allan, senior solicitor at Legal Aid NSW will present a guide to retirement village living in NSW. The session will include what you should know before entering into a contract, the rights and obligations of both you and the operator, and what happens when you are ready to leave. Andrew Dunkley talk and launch

Author talk: Steve Matthews
Australian author Steve Matthews, will discuss his novel, The Skinny Girl, on Monday, February 25, 6.00pm. A thought-provoking story about a victim of emotional domestic abuse, explores the way attitudes and values contribute to abuse, and the path to change.
