How have you been coping with the weather we are currently experiencing? 

I know so many people keep saying ‘it’s just summer’, but this is summer on another level. 

Usually our January average sits around 33 degrees, and so far it’s been above that since January 1. I can’t quite remember what ‘to be cool’ feels like at this stage. 

With our string of days above 40, and our ‘cool change’ coming through but only dropping the temperature to 38, I hope you are doing whatever you can this weekend to take care and keep cool. 

I can only plead that you follow the advice of the health departments in drinking lots of water and making sure your neighbours are okay. 

In weather like this, we need to take care of eachother. 

And remember, isn’t February usually the hotter month in Dubbo?
