Imperfect, which has been created by sisters Toni Morrison and Cecily Walters, uses the ancient practice of felting and hand dyeing.

“They wanted to explore our place here on Earth and our place in the solar system,” WPCC manager Andrew Glassop said.
He said each time another layer of felt was added to the art work the processes of heating and cooling the material changed.
“It changes the fabric in an unpredictable fashion. You get bumps that were not expected so each time you add a layer it gets further and further away from what you had in your mind,” Mr Glassop said.
The colourful exhibition was “stunning”, he said.
