The Bureau of Meteorology reports that 16.6 millimetres (mm) of rain fell in the 24 hours to 9am Wednesday.
A further 5mm was recorded at the automatic weather station at Dubbo City Regional Airport between 9am and 3pm on Wednesday.
Dubbo had received a total of 66.4mm of rain this month by 3pm Wednesday. Average rainfall during the month of November is 60.3mm.
