As a staff we have worked hard to identify what works best in our school to improve student wellbeing at Trangie Central School. We have a focus on high expectations, student engagement, working with the community, developing a positive school culture and staff wellbeing.

We also believe passionately in the power of the creative and performing arts, including dance and murals, to help increase student engagement. We have developed and sustained a positive school culture by setting high expectations in all areas of school life, from uniforms and behaviour through to language and work ethic.

Trangie Central School also takes great pride in the aesthetics of our school. Improving the school’s physical environment has contributed tremendously to higher levels of student pride in the school and levels of engagement, with several beautiful murals being installed, and we have Jack Randell to thank for his work in creating these for us.
