The applications were worth an estimated, combined value of $5.3 million.
Seven dwellings were also among the developments to get approved, bringing the total of single dwellings approved since July to 61 and the multi-unit housing approvals to 10.
Carports and garages were the most common applications green-lighted during the month at 23. There were also 11 swimming pools approved.
The most expensive development application was for an office at an estimated worth of more than $1 million.
The number of applications is slightly higher than in October 2017 when there were 58 development applications approved with an estimated worth of more than $6.6 million.
For the financial year to day there have been 263 applications given the green light.
