Pink Angels president Sue Gavenlock said they were having a wonderful adventure on South Dubbo Rotary’s Destination Outback tour.
“We have travelled from Collie to Cunnamulla to Yaraka to Longreach to Tambo and all places in between,” she said. We also attended a fantastic ‘pink it up night’ in Yaraka.
“Destination Outback has made donations to small communities along the way, including Culgoa, Longreach Distance Education and Tambo local school.
“Tomorrow we are off to Tooloombilla, then to Nundigilly and our final night will be at Armatree on Friday.
“Our Pink Angels have spoken to many local people in the communities about the work of our charity and the importance of breast cancer awareness and we have been humbled by the support and encouragement given along the way.”
