The one day ‘diga.tech’ expo has been built for business decision makers so they better understand what is happening in the digital world today and what is going to happen in the short term.
Expert speakers will cover topics relating to the business world including Artificial Intelligence, big data, the impact of business applications, machine learning, robotics and more.
Approximately 15 expo stallholders from a broad range of industries are also booked in at diga.tech and will offer advice on how to best apply technology to business.
The diga.tech committee expect between 300 to 400 people to attend the event at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre on July, 31.

“All of these topics are impacting our businesses, economy and region,” Mathew Dickerson, diga.tech committee member said.
“diga.tech has been designed to inform and enlighten our business decision makers and managers. Our speakers are all experts in their fields and regarded highly in the digital industry.”
Speakers will include Trent Innes, Managing Director of Xero, Andrew Boyd of Amazon Web Services and Shashank Pawar of Microsoft.
This is the first event of its kind, with the Dubbo Chamber of Commerce helping to power diga.tech.
“The Chamber Board reviewed the needs of business and organisations and isolated that we don’t just need to stay up to date with what is happening in the digital world today, but need to be able to design and develop strategies for our businesses for what will happen in the next five to 10 years,” Dubbo Chamber of Commerce Industry president Matt Wright said.
“This event will educate, encourage and inform local business and organisations to help them better manage their future.”
The diga.tech forum aims to educate and inform decision makers in organisations, managers, business owners, team leaders, the IT industry and more as the changes in the digital world will affect everyone.
“This event will enlighten everybody who attends and diga.tech is designed to give a full scope of the impacts of the digital world,” the committee said.

Tickets for the event are selling fast and are available through the diga.tech website.
“This is the first diga.tech event and the Chamber of Commerce will power diga.tech events in the future,” committee member Mick McKenna said.
“The changes, improvements and impacts of the digital world will drive diga.tech into the future.”
