When Brad Fittler has been discussing the make-up of this year’s NSW State of Origin side, more often than not the word “exciting” has been used.

The new Blues mentor wants to only win this year’s series, but entertain fans as well.
One players who fits the bracket of being in-form and having the ability to catch the eye is Penrith’s Wellington product Tyrone Peachey.
Peachey has been strongly linked with a bench spot in the Blues side, which Fittler will name next week, but the player himself doesn’t consider himself an entertainer despite the instinctive nature of his play.
"I just play footy that makes me happy. If I look up and I see something, I'm going to do it," Peachey told NRL.com.
"I'm not going to hold back or wonder 'what if?' I've grown up playing that way my whole life and I don't want to change it now.
"I don't really know what I'm going to do to be honest. We do video and coaches tell the boys to push up with me, but I don't know what I'm going to do, so I don't know how they go with it.
"I just play footy and I just do it. I don't think about it too much, it just happens."
Peachey said it’s been “awesome” to be in the Origin conversation and he’s well aware a strong showing in this weekend’s top of the table clash against the Dragons could well land him a sky blue jersey.
Fittler is a known fan of Peachey and the bench utility spot is one which is well and truly up for grabs with Jack Bird battling injury and a two hooker system unlikely.
"No one really knows who's in the team. All we can do is try and push for that by playing well as a team, and then you put yourself in the frame for a call,” he said.
"I've just been hearing what's in the papers and the conversation around the last couple of weeks, it's been pretty intense.
"I'm happy to be in the conversation to be honest, I've taken a bit of confidence from it. Just to be in a position to potentially be picked is awesome.”
Origin selection would continue the excitement in Wellington, with the local Cowboys performing well and star product Kotoni Staggs having made his NRL debut last weekend.
Another Wellington product, Blake Ferguson, is also firmly in the Origin mix.
