The husband and wife will be returning to the Dubbo RSL. Mr De Angelis said he loved the intimacy of the venue and they had always done really great readings in Dubbo.
As well as connecting people to their fathers, sisters, loved ones and pets who have passed, Mr De Angelis said there was also a section of the show where people could ask questions.
Mr De Angelis said there had recently been a member of the audience who had asked if she should divorce her husband who was sitting next to her. However, he said the questions ranged from career concerns to romance.
There would be happiness, sadness, grief and laughter in the show, Mr De Angelis said, but mostly he wanted the experience to be uplifting both for those who heard from their loved ones and those who witnessed it.
“We’ve both been doing some of our best work this year and people are more accepting of it than they were 10 years ago,” he said.
The psychic medium said the audience was generally a 50-50 spilt between newcomers and those who had attended before. There were also usually a few skeptics thrown in.
Compared to when he started 25-years-ago, Mr De Angelis said he no longer felt the need to convince everyone of his psychic ability. His job was to simply ensure each reading he did was as detailed and accurate as possible, he said.
