In previous sales bids have been 50/50 with online and on-site bidders, Mr Watson said.
“Everything will be sold,” he said.

He said its taken about two weeks to get everything ready, which has included a week of setting the structure of the site and another week to get all of the items in.
“We’ve had a lot of interest,” he said.
“People have seen us and driven in, plus we’ve gotten a lot of hits online.
“A couple even drove up from Victoria to see what was here and then drove back.”
