On Wednesday morning Aussie Home Loans Dubbo and Central West’s Jodi Coxon presented Jada, 4, with a $100 gift voucher from Uncle Pete’s Toys and Hobbies. She also handed director of Carlton House Childcare Centre and Preschool Paula Kearns a cheque for $1000.
Aussie Home Loans asked children up to the age of 12 to colour in a house and garden, with Jada winning the four-to-seven-years category.
“We sent out the colouring competition that Aussie released to childcare centres, preschools and junior schools in Dubbo ,” Mrs Coxon said.
“The response we got in particular from Carlton House was overwhelming and as such they’ve been lucky enough to be selected.”
Jada hopes to go shopping this week for toys, maybe Leggo.
Mrs Kearns said the $1000 would go to buying iKiFit sticks. “We’re very grateful for it,” she said.
