There has been some outstanding matches played in three extremely even lower grades competitions this year and a number of seasons go on the line this weekend.
Macquarie is guaranteed the reserve grade minor premiership and CYMS has top spot in league tag wrapped up but there is a three-way battle for the number one position in the under 18s.
CYMS sits two points clear at the top currently but the Fishies travel to take on the second-placed Forbes on Saturday.
Macquarie, equal with the Magpies currently, can move into top spot if it scores an emphatic win over the last-placed Narromine on Saturday.
Nyngan will finish fourth in the 18s while the winner of Wellington and Parkes on Sunday will finish fifth.
In reserves, Nyngan, CYMS and Parkes are battling for second position while a win for Wellington on Sunday will see it finish fifth.
Westside needs to beat Nyngan and hopes Parkes beats Wellington to make finals.
In league tag, Forbes and Westside will finish in the top three and Parkes will be fourth while a Macquarie win over Narromine on Saturday will seal fifth spot.
If Macquarie is to lose to the Jets, then Nynagn needs an upset win over Westside on Sunday to be any chance.
CYMS sits at the top having only lost once in another strong campaign under Gerry ‘Chicka’ Merritt and Shane Madden.
