About 9.20 am emergency services were called to the accident.
The two female drivers, both in their 20s, were injured, as was a 10-year-old female passenger, however a spokesperson for the Ambulance Service NSW said all three people involved in the crash were able to get out of the cars themselves.
Two of those involved were taken to Dubbo Hospital, one admitted themselves, while the other was taken by road ambulance.
The Ambulance Service NSW spokesperson said the child patient had chest pains, while one of the drivers had abdominal pain and the other was reporting chest pain.
The RMS is currently conducting a review into the speed of the Newell Highway after a fatal accident earlier in the month.
A 76-year-old man was killed when the car he was driving collided with a truck.
No one else was injured. The driver of the truck underwent mandatory blood and urine testing.
