The Dubbo branch library reopens in the newly refurbished building on Monday July 4. If you have books at home that are due before the reopening or are overdue, you don’t need to worry!

All items returned during July will have their fees waived!
Hold onto your items until the library re-opens and then return them to have your fees waived.
The amnesty applies for the entire month of July so there is no need to worry about overdue fees you may have accrued during the library closure.
If you have items that are not yet due, you can go to the library website www.mrl.nsw.gov and renew your loans by logging in using your library card and PIN.

Storytime and Rhyme Time
The brand new refurbished children’s area of the library is ready to go and children and parents are guaranteed to love the bright new space which includes new tables, chairs, carpet and paint.
Storytime and rhyme time recommence in July with Term 3 beginning on Tuesday 19 July. Storytime is held every Tuesday and Wednesday of the school term at 11am.
This one hour session is an interactive and educational program for 0-5 year olds that brings books to life with stories, rhymes, finger plays and crafts.
Bookings are essential for this popular program as places are limited. Bookings open on Monday 11 July and can be made by contacting the library on 6801 4510.
Make Friday’s fantastic with rhyme time! Rhyme time is a fun 45 minute program for children aged 0-5 and features songs, stories, puppets and everyone’s favourite – bubbles!
Rhyme time is held every Friday of the school term at 11am and all are most welcome to attend with no bookings required.
It’s never too early to introduce your child to the wonderful world of reading, so come along and enjoy storytime and rhyme time in the vibrant new children’s area of the library.
