Dubbo's Virago Folk Duo, Justine Kuhner and the Macquarie River Mudflappers will be joined by Orange act The Other Side, and Lust for Live organiser Fred Randell said it's set to be a terrific and highly energised line-up.
"Virago Folk Duo and Justine Kuhner... will be singing some cruisy tunes, and then an act I'm very excited about The Other Side," Mr Randell said.
"And then we have the Macquarie River Mudflappers. We've asked them to do some originals so it will be a good opportunity for them to bust out some original tunes."
The blues, folk and roots gig will take over the beer garden at the Amaroo Hotel from 8pm, and Mr Randell said the space will lend a different atmosphere to Saturday's gig.
"It's got a bit of a small stage there and I think it'll kind of suit the music we're playing," he said.
"There will be a lot of energy in the music. It'll be a good vibe."
It will be the first time The Other Side - Monique Orton and Jake Ellison - have performed in Dubbo, and the gypsy pop rock duo hope to put on a good show.
"We love stealing bits from different genres and things we enjoy listening to," Ms Orton said.
"We're very excited!
"Our goal is always to just have a good time, we love playing together and for people and we hope that vibe is caught by the audience."
It will be the final Lust for Live gig before organisers take a short hiatus, with the live and local music initiative set to kick off again in March.
After that Lust for Live will be back bigger and better than ever, with Mr Randell confirming some new supporters have come on board.
"We've managed to secure some other funding sources which means we can pay the bands a bit more, but it really can't happen without the crowds," he said.
"It'd be really great to see a lot of people turn up at the Amaroo to see some great music and give us a bit of momentum to carry into the rest of the year."
