The defending premiers have again been dominant in 2015, albeit not as much as previous years, but they showed all their class on Saturday against St Comebacks to assure themselves top spot.
The win sets up a major semi-final clash with Fusions Blue this weekend, with a grand final place up for grabs.
Saints played the later match of the day and knew a win was a necessity after Fusions Blue won their match earlier on to temporarily move top of the ladder.
Fusions Blue, made up of predominately the Dubbo under-17 representative side, were again impressive as they defeated St Devils 37-21.
But Saints, going up against a St Comebacks side which has won only three times in 2015, were huge favourites and it showed as they cruised to a 55-25 victory.
St Collegians' dominance was shown early on with the two-time defending premiers getting out to a 17-3 lead at the end of the first quarter.
Ange Elliot proved near impossible to get past in defence while up front it was the usual duo of Megan Liplyn and Astrid Linke who were doing all the damage.
The height of the two attackers was too much for St Comebacks to handle and by half-time St Collegians led by 21, 34-13.
With the match already well in control St Collegians opted to change it up with Liplyn getting some time at centre.
The changes did little to stop Collegians momentum and they cruised to a comprehensive 30-point win.
They will not find the going as easy up against Fusions Blue, the only team which has defeated the Saints in 2015 in a thrilling 54-51 win on August 8.
St Collegians won the other match-up between the two sides this season, a 47-35 victory back in late May.
The minor semi-final will be an all-Fusions affair between Pink and Black.
Fusions Pink finished the season in third, winning nine and losing four, while Fusions Black won seven times in the regular season on their way to finishing fourth.
In B-grade, the Deadly Dragonflies will meet Apollo Cruziers in the major semi after finishing as minor premiers.
The minor semi-final will be fought out between St Groovers and the Narromine Hawks.
