Some of our stage 2 and 3 students were treated to a workshop run by four dancers from the Australian Ballet Company.
Students were run through various stretches, dance movements and activities by Jasmin Dwyer, David Bremner, Chantelle van der Hoek and David James before they were treated to a performance.
All students involved had a wonderful time and learnt many things such as how to spot and work as a team.
Students were also able to see period dancing costumes and head pieces.
It was a wonderful experience for all involved to see such an outstanding group of dancers and get to work with them.
A very special thank you to these dancers for giving their time to enable rural students to have this experience.
