Last month JETGO announced plans to offer three direct flights per week, pending approval.
It followed two years of negotiations with Dubbo City Council.
On Tuesday afternoon, JETGO used its company Facebook page to announce the service had passed all CASA requirements to go ahead.
"APPROVED! CASA today have given the 'all green' for Dubbo, citing our systems and procedures at Dubbo first rate," the post read.
"A big thank you for all the staff at JETGO and our business partners in Dubbo in making this a success..... Looking forward to Dubbo's inaugural flight on July 20th".
JETGO will service the route using a 36-seat Embraer 135 regional jet, which completes the Dubbo to Brisbane leg in one hour and five minutes.
