On Saturday, Tim Griffiths' side travelled to Bankstown, and despite starting well, they ended up on the wrong end of a 95-46 scoreline.
Their chances weren't helped by the loss of key guard Daniel Medway, who had to be taken to hospital for stitches after copping an elbow to the head from one of the Bruins players.
A seven-point deficit at quarter-time blew out to 31 points at the main break as the home side dominated the second period, outscoring the Rams 31-7.
Led by 19 points from Matthew Samuels, the Sydney-based side had four players reach double figures in scoring, while for Dubbo it was Matt Buckley (14) and Kristjan Reinhold (10) that led the way.
Things didn't improve for the team on Sunday when they hit Lithgow to take on their old foes the Lazers.
The Dubbo boys had an unusually poor start to the game, scoring just four points in the first quarter as the hosts shot out to a 29-4 lead at the first break.
While the Rams' offence picked up over the final three terms, they weren't able to stop Lithgow's scoring efficiency.
Michael Cox was particularly brutal from outside the arc as he piled on 34 points in his side's 110-48 victory.
He was again assisted by the consistent Adam Marjoram, who had 19 points while Kieran Osborn also dropped 18.
For Dubbo, Buckley was again in the thick of things with 11 points, while Luke Griffiths also had 11.
Young gun Nick Conte, who has continued to improve and adapt to senior basketball over the course of the 2015 season, also had a good game and finished with eight points.
With just five games remaining in their season the Rams are running out of time to record their second win of 2015, and the task won't get any easier this weekend as they will make the trip to Wagga to face the Heat and their star American import Gage Daye.
