Every Saturday and Sunday local team members from Bunnings Warehouse Dubbo will give expert advice on how to get organised, save energy and reduce energy bills.
Bunnings Warehouse Dubbo Complex Manager, Shane Fuller said participants could come in store throughout June and learn how to get organised, save energy and reduce energy bills this winter.
“Workshops will include specific tips and advice on how to save energy around the home as well as how to seal your windows and doors to keep in the heat and block out the cold,” he said.
Mr Fuller said the workshops were ideal for those who wanted to get their home winter-ready.
“By learning how to effectively reduce energy bills, Dubbo residents will be able to save money in the household budget this winter,” he said.
Mr Fuller said customers had the opportunity to come to the free DIY workshops held in store to learn the necessary skills and techniques to complete their own projects at home.
“Dubbo residents of all skill levels are encouraged to come to our DIY workshops and learn a useful range of skills to get organised and winter-proof their homes,” he said.
The first lot of workshops will run all weekend where people learn how they can save energy in the home.
