Carmel Powyer was one was one of eight lucky winners who won a family pass to the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
Ms Powyer, her husband Philip, son Aaron and another family member will be heading to the Show this Saturday.
"We always say that we'll go to the Royal Easter Show next year, and now that we've won we're all really looking forward to going."
Ms Powyer said it was a lovely surprise to hear she'd won.
"The last time I went, I was 17 years old. So it'll be nice to experience it again.
"But it will be my son's first time at the Royal Easter Show and he is really looking forward to it."
Regina Mann was another winner who entered the competition.
Ms Mann, along with her daughters six year old, Ella and 2 year old, Sophie and sister-in-law, took the opportunity to go to the Show on Sunday.
"It was massive. It's so different from the Dubbo Show.
"The rides, food and animals are all so different."
Ms Mann was pleased there were some great rides at the Show for her two young daughters.
"Their favourite ride was the log ride.
"They also got their faces painted."
She said although they didn't get the chance to see everything in the one day, she would definitely go again.
"Maybe when the kids are older.
"It's great for country kids to experience something different."
Ms Mann said her daughters were amazed by the variety of showbags.
"Ella got a Moshi Backpack Bag and Sophie got a Little Miss Bag."
