Tratt was recently selected in the Polding side while Dallinger will represent a Combined Independent Schools side at the titles, which will be held at Menai in Sydney.
Last year the girls were teammates in the Dubbo under-12 representative team, however, Dallinger has stepped up to the under-14s division this season while Tratt, who is younger, is enjoying another season in the under-12s.
Dubbo-based coach Claire Hargreaves will coach the NSW state team which is picked after May's carnival and said both girls are in with a chance of moving on to higher honours if they perform well.
"The carnival runs for three days and both girls will be trying to impress selectors to make the NSW State Team," Hargreaves said.
"Rebekah was in contention last year and Neve has improved her game over the past 12 months so it will be a good chance for the girls to step up at a higher level and show the selectors what they have."
