After Pat Kelly (34) and Kurt Kelly (58) had got the ball rolling, Munro came to the crease and blasted 105no, ably supported by an unbeaten 34 from Blake Watmore.
In total, Rugby made 2-251 with only Sam Campbell taking a wicket for Colts.
Kieran Henry and Wayne Cole put on 57 for the opening stand in reply before Cole fell for 19.
It sparked a collapse which saw Andrew Strachan (0), Henry (34) and Kurt Cobcroft (1) fall quickly to leave the score 4-62.
Pat Cuskelly made 51 and Jono Davies 26 but it wasn't enough for Colts, who were bowled out in the 35th over for 197.

Souths maintained their spot at the top of the third grade ladder with a two-wicket win over CYMS on Saturday.
Some tight bowling from John Byrne (3-18 off eight overs) helped restrict CYMS to just 118 as they were bowled out in just the 34th over of their innings.
James Rootes top scored for the Cougars with 31 while Aaron Moulds (22) and Daryl Thompson (26no) also made contributions.
For the vast majority of the Souths innings it appeared as though they would fall well short of their target and at one stage they were 7-51.
Scott Dwarte (37) and M Wakely (29no) then combined to end any thoughts CYMS had of causing the upset, putting on 67 runs for the eighth wicket before Dwarte fell with scores tied.
Thompson was the pick of the CYMS bowlers, taking 5-16 off his eight overs.

Four wickets from Ben Bruce and a patient 64 from Glenn Armstrong helped Colts YDs gain some club revenge with a 72-run win over Rugby.
Batting first Colts YDs managed to bat out their 40 overs and make 8-165, with Armstrong assisted by 28 from Chris Ying Sing and 25 from Shaun Lucas.
Clint Hoy was the best of the Rugby bowlers, taking 2-23 off eight.
In reply Rugby were cruising as Grant and Pat Berryman got them off to a flying start.
The pair put on 64 for the first wicket before Grant fell for 40.
Pat Berryman fell for 20 shortly after and when Tom Worrell and Clint Hoy were dismissed the match was even at 4-93.
The final five wickets fell for just one run, thanks mainly to the bowling of Ben Bruce who finished with 4-19 off eight overs as Rugby were bowled out for just 94.

Souths YDs have had a confidence boosting win, taking out Newtown by three wickets in a game that also puts the Tigers finals hopes in some jeopardy.
Batting first Newtown could only manage 104 as Jack Busch (3-24) and Jonty Busch (3-9) dominated with the ball for the YDs.
Cameron Herd (21) and Charlie Whiteley (21) put up the only real resistance for Newtown.
In reply the young side struggled but did enough to get the points, losing seven wickets but winning with 11 overs remaining.
Again it was the Busch boys doing the damage, with Jonty making an unbeaten 27 and Jack 22 at the top of the order.
Andrew Gardner was the best of Newtown's bowlers with 3-30.
