The Australia Day baby made headlines across the nation and the world as her six-year-old brother Kenneth delivered her at Dubbo.
Fast forward 21 years and the family is back in the limelight.
Proud mother Raynor Jones said sometimes she felt the moment of fame happened yesterday.
"Things haven't been easy but the kids stuck together all the time," she said.
Derryn Hinch had interviewed them as well as news channels across the country and abroad.
"I never planned to be on the front page of the Liberal the first time (in 1992) but a friend at the hospital blurted out what happened and then the news went viral everywhere," she said.
The 21-year-old told the Daily Liberal she was excited to be on the front page once more.
Ms Jones said her son received a letter from another Kenneth in Florida congratulating him on delivering his sister. “He feels pretty proud of what he did,” she said.
Grandmother Diana Jones said she vividly remembered all the events and interviews with her world-famous granddaughter.
She said Kenneth’s first day at school began with an interview on a hot day which made him enter class a little late.
Both the teacher and his classmates were excited to see him in the newspaper and kept a copy to show him. Kenneth had no clue but when he walked in the classroom everyone erupted in cheer and applause.
Another time Reuters called and asked to speak to the six-year-old but he told his grandmother, “I think I’ve done enough, I don’t want to do anymore”.
Ms Rose said she would be celebrating her milestone on Australia Day with family and friends and a big caramel and chocolate sponge cake.
