Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) will implement the changes on Pilons Drive and Freight Drive in the next fortnight, weather permitting.
"RMS carried out a speed zone review in the area as part of the NSW audit of speed zones," an RMS spokesperson said.
"The review assessed a number of factors including road environment, traffic characteristics and crash data.
"Both Pilons Drive and Freight Drive are part of a new industrial estate and have not previously had a speed limit so this gives clarity to motorists.
"The new speed limits of 60km/h for each road better reflect recent development and improves safety for residents and road users."
The spokesperson said warning signs would be in place to advise motorists of the change.
The signs would remain for at least a week after the new speed limit signs were installed.
The RMS reminded members of the community that they could sign up at the Safer Roads NSW website to receive updates about changes to permanent speed limits in their nominated area and have their say on speed limits.
