In the 24 hours to 8pm on Sunday night there were two new cases identified in Dubbo.
There were 11 new cases in Orange, three in the Cabonne local government area (one with a Molong address) two in Mudgee, one in Gulgong and one in Parkes.
Two cases in the Western NSW LHD are currently in hospital.
There are also 180 people in the Care in the Community program.

Since the pandemic started there have been 2077 confirmed cases of COVID in the Western NSW LHD.
NSW recorded 2501 new COVID-19 cases in the 24 hours to 8pm on Sunday.
It takes the total number of active cases in the state to 16,225.
As of Sunday night, there were 261 people in hospital across the state due to COVID-19 and 33 patients in intensive care.
No COVID-related deaths were recorded in NSW in the 24-hour period and 144,368 people were tested.
Despite the statewide figure breaking regular case records, NSW premier Dominic Perrottet advised that mask mandates (among other restrictions) wouldn't be reintroduced; that these agenda items boiled down to "personal responsibility".
"As we're heading into this Christmas period ... there's no doubt shopping centres will be busier, we just say please take personal responsibility," Mr Perrottet said.
Chief Health Officer Dr Kerry Chant's professional health advice was at odds with the government's decision, stressing the importance when it comes to the use of ongoing mask use.
"And all I'm saying - from a public health decision - is I'm strongly recommending we keep masks," Dr Chant said.
Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms - such as fever, a cough, tiredness or loss of taste of smell - is encouraged to get tested.
Surveillance testing is also available for those without any symptoms who are not a close contact of someone with COVID.
Testing is available at the Dubbo Showground from 8am to 4pm.
