Deb Hanlon raises more than $1,100 for the Dubbo Wig Library

Thanks to the brave Deb Hanlon, Dubbo Wig Library will now be able to buy five to six brand new wigs for those suffering from hair loss, due to an array of conditions from cancer patients to mental health sufferers.
