The Bureau of Meteorology's (BoM) seven-day forecast as of Wednesday may see families preparing for a day or two at the pool.
Last Saturday, temperatures in Dubbo ranged from 1.6 degrees Celsius to 14.8 degrees, and on Sunday minus 0.5 degrees to 17.4 degrees.
But warm clothing certainly won't be required this weekend when residents will need their summer gear because of November-like top temperatures.

The average minimum and maximum temperatures in Dubbo during the month of October are 9.5 degrees and 25.2 degrees.
Corresponding average temperatures for the city in November are 13.5 degrees and 28.8 degrees.
On Wednesday the BoM was forecasting seven to 27 degrees on Friday, nine to 29 degrees on Saturday, 13 to 29 degrees on Sunday, 12 to 29 degrees on Monday and 12 to 27 degrees on Tuesday.
Average minimum and maximum temperatures in Dubbo during September are six degrees and 21.4 degrees.
September 2020 delivered a range of early morning and daytime temperatures.
As of Wednesday morning, the lowest minimum temperature for the month was minus 0.5 degrees and the highest 14.3 degrees.
The lowest maximum temperature was 14.8 degrees and the highest 28 degrees.
