Tahlia Hinchcliffe was last seen at a home on William Street in Bathurst at about 7.30pm on Tuesday, September 1.
Officers from Chifley Police District were notified when she didn't return.

Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Tahlia has ties to the Bathurst, Kelso and Dubbo areas.
Tahlia is Caucasian in appearance, about 160 centimetres tall, with long brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper and grey tracksuit pants.
