New and familiar faces came together for a day of "co-working, community, collaboration and cuisine" at a hive of entrepreneurial activity at Dubbo on Monday.

The Exchange threw open the doors of the landmark Clock Tower building to host the first Lunch Club, in collaboration with two Dubbo hospitality businesses.
The Exchange project delivery manager Kate Wade said CSC owner Errin Williamson and Short Street Store owner Krysten Hedger approached with the event concept.
"The idea was to bring people together for a day of co-working, community, collaboration and cuisine," Mrs Wade said.
"Just something a bit different for your average work day."
The highlight was seeing the Clock Tower come to life with so many professionals using the beautiful space, she said.
"We loved welcoming some new faces, and we even had a new startup spend their first official day in operation at The Exchange," Mrs Wade said.
"And, the amazing food, of course."
The Exchange was "overwhelmed with the amazing support from the Dubbo community", and hoped to turn The Lunch Club into a regular event, she said.
