Ruby Maine took out the excellence in micro business award and Regand Park Early Childhood Education Centre the excellence in sustainability award.
The excellence in micro business award recognises a business employing less than five workers which has "attained significant growth and is able to demonstrate the specific strategies and processes implemented to achieve sustainable growth in the previous 24 months".
The driving forces behind Ruby Maine are mother and daughter, Rhonda Cooper and Samantha Portelli.
Judges noted that the duo offered up an "eclectic lifestyle emporium" and prided themselves on customer care.

Mrs Portelli thanked the business's clients at a gala dinner in Mudgee hosted by the NSW Business Chamber.
"Without our fantastic clients we would not be here tonight," she said. "We have a very loyal customer base and the award really belongs to them.
"Our team look at every opportunity to provide exceptional service. We strive to differentiate ourselves and cater for a diverse customer base. We are extremely proud to have received this award and it is a reflection of our hard work."
The excellence in sustainability award recognises businesses that are working to reduce the impact of their operations on the environment and/or provide products and services that have positive environmental outcomes.
Regand Park Early Childhood Education Centre is teaching its students and their families sustainable strategies. In the past two years it has partnered with The Party Shop to obtain off-cuts and scraps for art projects and introduced recycling stations to encourage children to sort rubbish before disposal.
"Winning this award at a regional level is great recognition to the efforts of our enthusiastic educators to create positive change," said director Justine Richards.
"Educating children on ways to look after their planet means that life-long skills are fostered, creating positive ripples for future generations".
Parkes-based Regos Plus Tyre & Mechanical was named Western NSW's 2019 Business of the Year at the gala dinner.
