There have been four community days and have testing at 14 schools and daycare centres in our region which include Dubbo, Trangie, Warren, Wellington, Gilgandra and Narromine.

The group have also provided Healthy Ears Education at some of the following schools to encourage regular nose blowing which helps prevent ear health issues and keeps ears healthy.

The Hear Our Heart Ear Bus Project also offered free hearing testing and ear health checks at the NSW Fair Trading NAIDOC Day which was held at the Information Centre in Dubbo this week.

The group will also be offering free Ear Health Checks and Hearing Testing at the Children’s Week events, also held at the Information Centre in Dubbo and organised by Uniting Care Burnside on October 23. 

The Hear Our Heart program is a non for profit and is not government funded, with funding provided through donations and grants to the project.
