The event is the latest fundraiser organised by the Hear Our Heart Ear Bus Project.
The project's committee aims to raise $360,000 to purchase a purpose-built mobile clinic to travel to schools at Dubbo and the western area promoting awareness and prevention of otitis media.
The event starts at 5pm, is for children aged from three to 12 years, and will include Halloween games, dancing and prizes for the best costume.
Entry costs $4 a child or $10 a family at the door of St Laurence's Primary School in Fitzroy Street.
