Inspired by colleague Di Keen's involvement in 2012, Ms Bills took part in the Leukaemia Foundation's World's Greatest Shave on Thursday morning.
The office enjoyed a morning tea and passed around the proverbial hat before Ms Bills took the plunge and endured a No.1 buzz cut.
Ms Bills said she recently lost a close friend to cancer and wanted to do her bit.
"For me to do this is nothing, compared to what people go through," she said.
"I might look silly but this will grow back.
"For a person who has leukaemia, their whole life is changed in an instant."
Ms Bills has raised over $500 for the Leukaemia Foundation and said there was more money trickling in.
She said the money raised would go towards accommodation and transport costs for leukaemia patients.
"Every cent goes to a good cause," she said.
"I'd like to thank all those people who supported me in my shave and who helped me raise the money."
