Armidale mother of three, Narelle Williams has admitted she sources medical marijuana off the black market to ease her pain.

8am: An aerial survey to be conducted at the end of the week by Central West Local Land Services is designed to pinpoint areas in the region at risk of plague locusts.
7.55am: Candidates for the seat of Dubbo are divided on the issue of legalising medical marijuana.
Country Labor candidate Stephen Lawrence is standing behind Labor leader Luke Foley, who has already said he will legalise marijuana.
Member for Dubbo Troy Grant said more trials were needed before the drug is legalised.
Dubbo Greens candidate Matt Parameter agrees with Greens MP Dr John Kaye who said the Liberals were too slow in introducing trials.
7.40am: *NATIONAL- John Giannasca, 58, a man acquitted over the murder of his wife 10 years ago is at the centre of a new police investigation after his car fatally struck his father while they were visiting his mother's Sydney grave site.
*NATIONAL- The Returned and Services League has accused the Abbott government of breaking more election promises over Australian Defence Force pay and pensions for veterans and war widows.
*SYDNEY- Police have seized more than 50 kilograms of drugs with a street value of $20.8 million after a raid on a property in south west Sydney.

*ORANA - Patients face a new $20 fee hike for seeing their GP when changes to Medicare, introduced to save billions of dollars for the federal health budget, begin to take effect from next week.
*DUBBO - ALKANE Resources is not concerned by an announcement China will scrap its rare earth export quotas.
Managing director Ian Chalmers said if the quota was abolished, it would have no short-term effect on the Dubbo Zirconia Project (DZP).
*WELLINGTON - After missing out on a government contract to operate long-distance coach services hubbing at Dubbo, Ogdens Coaches has had to reduce the size of its staff and fleet.
*NARROMINE - For Narromine multiple sclerosis sufferer Nicole Gillette, the answer to the debate about medical marijuana is simple.
"If it's going to help, why not give it a go?"
*COBAR - The memorial wall will be placed in Heritage Park, opposite the Great Cobar Heritage Centre.
